Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and execution for the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic portfolio in Argentina
- Drive successful product launches and ensure sustained market growth
- Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, patient-focused solutions
- Identify market trends and ecosystem gaps to refine business strategies
- Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision-making across the TA
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and external collaborators
- Ensure operational excellence and alignment with global and regional objectives
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact and business value
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning
- Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all business activities
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commercial, or Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong commercial background
- Proven success in leading product launches and pre-launch strategies across therapeutic areas
- Deep understanding of the Argentine healthcare system and regulatory landscape
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed strategic decisions
- Experience in Value and Access strategy development and execution
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working in regional or global pharmaceutical roles with cross-market exposure
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and digital health innovations in commercial strategy
